Sebab, sebenarnya masih banyak destinasi yang layak diperkenalkan kepada khalayak dalam dan luar negeri, seperti daerah Sumatra Utara, memiliki lokasi perkebunan yang luas dan jenis yang beragam. Bahkan, terdapat satu Museum Perkebunan Indonesia satu-satunya yang didirikan oleh mantan seorang Direksi perkebunan di Sumatra Utara, Sudjai Kartasasmita, dan diresmikan baru-baru ini di Medan tgl. 10 Desember 2016, yang menjadi destinasi ilmiah baru tentang perkebunan sejak dahulu kala hingga balakangan ini. Karena itu, kami mengusulkan dilakukan wisata perkebunan teh, pekebunan karet, perkebunan tembakau, perkebunan. kelapa sawit. Tetunya kami menyarankan agar dibuka juga perkebunan atau taman bunga yang sangat indah yang tentu menarik perhatian para wisatawan.Nederland memiliki taman bunga Keukenhoff di kota kecil Lisse. Taman ini ramai dikunjungi oleh turis asing pada musim panas maupun musim dingin. Bahkan, penduduk pun memiliki rumah-rumah kaca, berukuran 10 x 20 meter untuk ditanami tumbuhan daerah tropis yang bersemi di musim panas. Tentunya, ini sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi.

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bank yang mempunyai dampak sosial, memberikan performa yang semakin eksis. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Bank Etis (Bank Sosial dan Bank Syariah) melalui misi sosialnya yang berhasil lolos dari krisis keuangan global, dibandingkan dengan rekannya bank konvensional yang justru harus dilikuidasi atau bail out, bahkan dalam operasionalnya kedua bank etis tersebut tetap dapat menghasilkan profit dan meningkatkan asetnya. Prinsip yang terjadi adalah SRI (Socially Responsible Investment). Buku ini memperkuat beberapa ahli seperti: Adam Smith (1791) yang dikenal sebagai peletak dasar ilmu ekonomi, bahwa ekonomi secara luas dipahami sebagai ilmu pengetahuan moral. Kemudian M. Blended Learning: Convergence between Technology and Pedagogy

This book focuses on essential aspects of the theoretical foundations that support blended learning (BL) as a teaching training modality in tertiary education. Analyzing the changes in the world of education that lead to new ways of thinking and learning, it redefines the concept of blended learning at a time of constant growth in many universities around the world. This involves a shared reflection on the role of technology in the current university teacher education programs, as well as on the role that pedagogy plays in increasingly technology-driven contexts. Furthermore, the book presents pedagogical approaches to guide university professors in the design and implementation of blended learning courses. To this end, it describes some of the major models and approaches to BL instructional design, and examines issues related to the quality of BL training and the indicators to measure it, in order to identify those models that contribute to a better understanding of the dimensions that increase its effectiveness.
