Pendekatan dan metode pembelajaran tafsir dan ilmu tafsir terus mengalami pergeseran sesuai dengan pengalaman belajar dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh para pendidik. Ada yang mengajar secara tekstualis sesuai dengan makna harfiyah karena latar belakang belajarnya yang mungkin mengarahkan itu. Ada yang mulai berani memahami tafsir sebagai sebuah materi yang tetap tapi pemahamannya berkembang sebagai sebuah metodologi yang akan terus berkembang sesuai dengan perubahan zaman, tempat, dan situasinya. Fenomena ini terjadi pada hampir semua jenjang pendidikan, terlebih pada perguruan tinggi yang notabene sebagai produsen generasi yang kritis dan produktif. Buku ini akan membahas bagaimana metode dan pendekatan yang mungkin bisa dikembangkan oleh pendidik dalam pembelajaran tafsir dan ilmu tafsir di perguruan tinggi agama Islam. Harapannya, hal yang demikian itu dapat menambah wawasan dan khazanah dalam pengembangan pembelajaran tafsir dan ilmu tafsir di semua jenjang pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang perguruan tinggi.

New Industry 4.0 Advances in Industrial IoT and Visual Computing for Manufacturing Processes

Modern factories are experiencing rapid digital transformation supported by emerging technologies, such as the Industrial Internet of things (IIOT), industrial big data and cloud technologies, deep learning and deep analytics, AI, intelligent robotics, cyber-physical systems and digital twins, complemented by visual computing (including new forms of artificial vision with machine learning, novel HMI, simulation, and visualization). This is evident in the global trend of Industry 4.0. The impact of these technologies is clear in the context of high-performance manufacturing. Important improvements can be achieved in productivity, systems reliability, quality verification, etc. Manufacturing processes, based on advanced mechanical principles, are enhanced by big data analytics on industrial sensor data. In current machine tools and systems, complex sensors gather useful data, which is captured, stored, and processed with edge, fog, or cloud computing. These processes improve with digital monitoring, visual data analytics, AI, and computer vision to achieve a more productive and reliable smart factory. KONSEP DAN APLIKASI LANDASAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM SEKOLAH PENGGERAK

Landasan pendidikan merupakan pijakan dasar konsep yang menjadi acuan dalam proses pendidikan secara komprehensif. Dalam konteks ini, landasan pendidikan difokuskan pada hakikat manusia sebagai makhluk pembelajar, interaksi sosial, proses pembelajaran, hingga problematika yang mendasari dalam pendidikan. Landasan pendidikan merupakan tumpuan, landas pacu atau pijakan dasar dalam melaksanakan proses pendidikan. Landasan-landasan tersebut adalah landasan filosofis, landasan psikologis, landasan sosiologis, landasan kultural, landasan ilmiah dan teknologi, landasan hukum, landasan ekonomi, landasan historis, dan landasan religious. Oleh karenanya, landasan-landasan di atas diperlukan sebagai pondasi dan pijakan dalam proses pendidikan. Pendidikan yang ada di suatu negara akan berubah atau akan adah penambahan sistem ataupun program. Hal ini dilakukan agar menjadikan negara yang maju dan tidak tertinggal zaman. Program yang akan dibuat dari waktu ke waktu tetap memeperhatikan perkembangan zaman dan landasan pendidikan. Landasan pendidikan adalah pijakan dasar konsep yang menjadi acuan dalam proses pendidikan secara komprehensif. Landasan Pendidikan difokuskan pada hakikat manusia sebagai maklhuk pembelajar, interkasi sosial, proses pembelajaran, hingga problematika yang mendasari dalam pendidikan. Nadim Makarin telah membuat Program Merdeka Belajar Episode Sekolah Penggerak. Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan penyempurnaan program transformasi sekolah sebelumnya. Sekolah penggerak dalam konteks landasan pendidikan mengacu pada landasan filosofis, landasan psikologis, landasan sosiologis, landasan kultural, landasan ilmiah dan teknologi, landasan hukum, landasan ekonomi, landasan historis, dan landasan religious dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar. Taxing Profit in a Global Economy

The international tax system is in dire need of reform. It allows multinational companies to shift profits to low tax jurisdictions and thus reduce their global effective tax rates. A major international project, launched in 2013, aimed to fix the system, but failed to seriously analyse the fundamental aims and rationales for the taxation of multinationals' profit, and in particular where profit should be taxed. As this project nears its completion, it is becomingincreasingly clear that the fundamental structural weaknesses in the system will remain. This book, produced by a group of economists and lawyers, adopts a different approach and starts from first principles in order to generate an international tax system fit for the 21st century. This approach examines fundamental issues of principle and practice in the taxation of business profit and the allocation of taxing rights over such profit amongst countries, paying attention to the interests and circumstances of advanced and developing countries. Once this conceptual framework is developed, the book evaluates the existing system and potential reform options against it. A number of reform options are considered, ranging from those requiring marginal change to radically different systems. Some options have been discussed widely. Others, particularly Residual Profit Split systems and a Destination Based Cash-Flow Tax, are more innovative and have been developed at some length and in depth for the first time in this book. Their common feature is that they assign taxing rights partly/fully to the location of relatively immobile factors: shareholders or consumers.
