PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PEDULI LINGKUNGAN HIDUP

Pentingnya pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan seharusnya pemerintah membuat program adiwiyata, yang merupakan salah satu program Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dalam rangka mendorong terciptanya kesadaran dan pengetahuan sekolah dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan hidup, untuk itu diharapkan sekolah terlibat untuk mencapai lingkungan yang sehat dan menghindari dampak negatif. Program adiwiyata bertujuan untuk menciptakan kondisi yang baik bagi sekolah untuk menjadi tempat pembelajaran dan penyadaran warga sekolah, sehingga warga sekolah ikut bertanggungjawab dalam upaya penyelamatan lingkungan. Pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan di sekolah dibagi menjadi pengembangan kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, dan kesehatan lingkungan.
