Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang penting menentukan dalam setiap organisasi karena sebagai salah satu unsur kekuatan daya saing organisasi juga sebagai penentu utama organisasi dalam meningkatkan produknya atau pelayanannya kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut hanya mungkin dicapai melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan keahlian melalui program pengembangan SDM. Upaya perbaikan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terus dilakukan tanpa henti sehingga produktifitas kerjanya dapat meningkat dan dapat dicapai efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi.

Maka dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia perlu dilakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan sehingga dimasa datang dapat tersedia SDM yang berkualitas dan unggul.
