Jumlah 48 problem implementasi strategi merupakan daftar yang banyak bagi manajemen organisasi. Einstein menyatakan pentingnya menyusun formula yang lebih sederhana dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah. E=mc2 menunjukkan bagaimana kesederhanaan pendekatan memberi manfaat optimal. Oleh karena itu saya meneliti kembali 48 faktor penghambat strategi tersebut dan berupaya membuat sistematika problem implementasi strategi yang kemudian diteliti dalam proses penulisan disertasi. Buku ini membantu Anda mempelajari dan memahami faktor-faktor penghambat implementasi strategi agar strategi Anda tidak gagal atau mundur pencapaiannya.
