BUKU AJAR PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PENULISAN ILMIAH

Sejak beberapa tahun belakangan, salah satu tolok ukur kemampuan intelektual dalam dunia akademis adalah kemampuan menulis yang juga harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa S1. Saat ini, karya tulis mahasiswa berupa skripsi diunggah dan dapat diakses secara daring yang artinya dapat dibaca oleh siapa saja. Konsekuensinya adalah skripsi yang ditulis seharusnya karya yang ditulis semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan tata cara penulisan akademik. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga diwajibkan menghasilkan artikel ilmiah, dari skripsi tersebut, yang dimuat pada jurnal daring. Dengan kewajiban akademik tersebut dan dengan menimbang banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa ketika menulis skripsi, maka lahirnya mata kuliah Pengembangan Kompetensi Penulisan Ilmiah (PKPI) ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa. Mata kuliah PKPI merupakan mata kuliah yang relatif baru di Prodi PPKN. Mata kuliah ini mulai diberikan kepada mahasiswa semester ketujuh sejak tahun 2018.
