Dakwah Melalui Budaya: Metode dan Media Dakwah Ustadz Fadzlan Garamatan di Papua

Buku ini mengkaji tentang kaitan komunikasi dan budaya dalam Islam yang bertujuan mengungkapkan sisi unik kiprah dakwah Ustaz Fadzlan Garamatan di Papua. Ustaz yang dijuluki dengan nama Ustadz Sabun Mandi ini memperkenalkan Islam kepada masyarakat Papua melalui pendekatan budaya. Semakin memahami budaya masyarakat semakin mudah dai berdakwah. Terdapat kesamaan teori Samovar dan Porter dengan metode dakwah Ustaz Fadzlan Garamatan yang mengatakan bahwa ada enam unsur budaya yang langsung memengaruhi seseorang ketika berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Pertama, kepercayaan (beliefs), nilai (values), dan sikap (attitudes). Kedua, pandangan dunia (worldviews). Ketiga, organisasi sosial (social organizatation). Keempat, tabiat manusia (human nature). Kelima, orientasi kegiatan (activity orientation). Keenam, persepsi terhadap orang lain (perception of self and others). Dakwah Ustaz Fadzlan Garamatan mengedepankan sopan santun dan akhlaq al karîmah. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap Ustaz Fadzlan merupakan realitas yang berkaitan dengannya. Menurut Deddy Mulyana, persepsi dalam komunikasi sama dengan persepsi mad’u terhadap daʻi maupun imam, didasarkan pada pengalaman daʻi dan imam dalam bersikap dan berakhlak dalam kesehariannya. Hasil penelitian yang dikupas dalam buku ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi sebagai jembatan antara agama dan budaya dibuktikan oleh Ustaz Fadzlan Garamatan. Beliau dapat mengonversi budaya Papua menjadi budaya islami melalui dakwahnya.

Pencegahan Fraud dengan Manajemen Risiko Dalam Perspektif Al-Quran

Fraud (kecurangan) merupakan tindakan penyimpangan dan perbuatan melanggar hukum yang dilakukan dengan sengaja untuk tujuan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, tindakan fraud merupakan suatu bentuk kemungkaran (kejahatan) yang menurut syariah harus ada upaya untuk mencegahnya. Salah satu upaya pencegahan tindakan fraud adalah dengan menerapkan tata kelola yang baik, yang meliputi penerapan manajemen risiko dan sistem pengendalian internal yang handal. Beberapa prinsip tentang tata kelola yang baik, prinsip-prinsip manajemen risiko, serta prinsip-prinsip pengendalian internal dari sudut pandang Al-Quran dibahas secara luas dan mendalam di dalam buku ini.
