Guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai dan mengevaluasi peserta didik. Sedangkan kinerja adalah suatu prestasi yang dicapai oleh seseorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya selama periode waktu tertentu sesuai dengan standar dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan untuk pekerjaan tersebut. Kedua hal tersebut sangat erat kaitannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan ke arah yang lebih maju, kreatif dan inovatif, penulis mencoba untuk melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Lingkungan Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru, motivasi guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK di lingkungan Kota Lhokseumawe. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 81 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data secara parsial dan simultan diperoleh pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru, motivasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK di lingkungan Kota Lhokseumawe.
