Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, kenyataan di lapangan tidak dapat di pungkiri bahwa pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani termasuk materi tidak digemari peserta didik, apabila guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan mengajar dengan metode dan pendekatan yang monoton dan kurang bervariasi, maka peserta didik akan cepat jemu dan enggan beraktivitas secara maksimal. Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
