The tafsīr of al-Qurṭubī is perhaps one of the most compendious of them all and is certainly among the most famous. As its title, al-Jāmi' li Aḥkām al-Qur'ān - The General Judgments of the Qur'an, suggests, its main focus is on the rulings and judgments to be found in the Qur'ān. However, in the course of doing that, al-Qurṭubī examines all the relevant sciences necessary, such as the ḥadīth pertaining to the āyahs, events in the sīrah, what the Companions, their Followers and other noted people of knowledge said about the āyahs, essential aspects of Arabic etymology, syntax and usage, copiously illustrated by examples, and much more. In this volume, the author examines the Fātiḥah in great depth, and then works through the first juz' (two ḥizbs), stopping to examine linguistic matters, aḥkām/judgments in greater detail, covering, for example, īmān, establishment of the ṣalāt, zakāt, hypocrisy, the Tribe of Israel, the creation of Adam and Ḥawwā', caliphate, abrogation, and including the pivotal story of the sacrifice of the cow by the Tribe of Israel.

Khazanah Tafsir di Nusantara (Penerbit UM)

Pengajian tafsir di Nusantara berkembang selari dengan perkembangan ilmu lain. Ini dapat dibuktikan dengan munculnya beberapa karya agung dalam bidang tafsir. Sesungguhnya terdapat banyak karya tafsir yang pernah dihasilkan oleh para ulama, namun disebabkan pengabaian ianya hilang begitu sahaja tanpa adanya kajian kearah pembukuan atau pendokumentasian yang lengkap. Banyak juga karya tafsir yang seakan-akan dilupakan dan kewujudannya tidak disedari umat Islam. Karya tersebut tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dan sejarahnya akan hilang sekiranya tidak ada usaha dan kajian untuk membukukannya. Buku ini diharap dapat membongkar maklumat berkaitan pengajian tafsir di Nusantara terutamanya di Malaysia, Thailand, Singapura dan Negara Brunei Darussalam. Tinggalan karya itu diselidik dan dikaji sebagai khazanah ilmu yang tidak ternilai harganya. Penulisan ini mengkaji dan menganalisis pengajian tafsir secara keseluruhannya dengan fokus utama adalah perkembangan dan sistem pengajian tafsir di Nusantara. Buku ini turut mengumpulkan karya tafsir yang pernah dihasilkan sambil memperkenalkan tokoh utama dalam pengajian tafsir serta cuba merungkaikan persoalan mengenai perkembangan tafsir dan pengajiannya. Literasi Media dan Peradaban Masyarakat

Literasi media disebut juga dengan media literacy media adalah kemampuan untuk mengakses, menganalisis mengevaluasi, dan mengomunikasikan isi pesan media. Menekankan pada aspek edukasi di kalangan masyarakat, agar mereka tahu bagaimana mengakses, memilih program yang bermanfaat dan sesuai kebutuhan. Perkembangan media saat ini semakin pesat ada dampak positif maupun negatif, sangat berbahaya apabila tidak dibarengi dengan ilmu yang ada di dalam masyarakat apa lagi di media sosial siapapun bisa mengakses-nya yang dan tidak semua paham tentang media literasi tersebut. Informasi yang faktual dengan data-data yang bisa dipertangungjawabkan cenderung akan diabaikan karena tidak sesuai dengan keyakinannya. Buku ini berisi hasil riset mahasiswa dengan tema utama literasi media. Diolah dengan bahasa yang ringan dan mudah dipahami pembaca.
