In this new edition, we have corrected all the errors found in the first edition. We have also re-arranged the structure and size of the books. We have devided this tafsir into thirty parts to correspond with the thiry parts of The Glorious Qur'an, and have published each part as a self-contained book. Our aim is to gather in one place, for the English-speaking public, all relevant information needed to make the Qur'an more understandable and easier to study. This book tries to do this by providing the following: 1. The Arabic Text for those who are able to read Arabic 2. Transliteration of the Arabic text for those who are unable to read the Arabic script. This will give them a sample of the sound of the Qur'an, which they could not otherwise comprehend from reading the English meaning. 3. Konsep dan aplikasi literasi di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0

Dunia berkembang, melaju, bergerak bak kecepatan cahaya. Super cepat. Secepat kilat tanpa memandang apa pun. Dalam hitungan detik, semua peranti kehidupan bak disulap. Perkembangan dunia teknologi yang membahana saat ini mengharuskan lembaga pendidikan dari jenjang sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi harus lah turut menjawabnya. Lembaga pendidikan tidak boleh lambat dan terlambat dalam merespon spirit zaman. Harus diingat, setiap masa ada spirit zaman (zeitgeist) berbeda-beda, semua itu harus dijawab sekaligus ditakhlukkan. Mengapa? Karena hanya mereka yang menguasai zeitgeist itulah yang dapat bertahan dan menguasai zamannya. Apakah hanya dosen dan mahasiswa yang dituntut menguasai zaman? Tentu tidak. Pelajar, guru, dan masyarakat biasa tentu sama-sama wajib turut menjawab tantangan abad 21 ini. Sebab, tidak bisa jika hanya mengandalkan satu pihak untuk menjawabnya. Jika dipetakan, tantangan abad 21 dulu ditandai dengan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) sekira era 2011-2015. Kemudian, disusul dengan era disrupsi dan Revolusi Industri 4.0, dan sejak awal 2019 kita berada dalam gelombang Society 5.0. Untuk itu, era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 ini tidak cukup jika dijawab dan ditakhlukkan dengan kemampuan literasi lama (membaca, menulis, berhitung). Kemeristek Dikti di awal 2018 mengajak elemen kampus untuk menguatkan kemampuan literasi baru yang menyasar pada literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. Semua akademisi dituntut tidak sekadar memahami dan menguasai literasi lama seperti membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0, ada tiga literasi baru yang wajib dikuasai. Di jenjang SD/MI sampai SMA/SMK/MA, literasi baru dapat dimasukkan ke dalam berbagai ranah sub-akademik. Mulai dari aspek kurikulum, kompetensi guru, metode pembelajaran, materi pelajaran, implementasi dalam penulisan dan riset. Sedangkan di perguruan tinggi, literasi baru ini dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilakukan semua warga kampus. Buku ini merupakan ijtihad baru di wilayah akademik untuk menawarkan konsep dan aplikasi yang dapat diterapkan semua lembaga pendidikan baik sekolah dan perguruan tinggi dan juga di dalam keluarga.
