Dengan profesionalisme tentu akan meningkatkan kinerja dan dapat menjadi motivasi bagi peningkatan karirnya, selanjutnya kinerja dan karir akan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sebagai bentuk kontribusi positif bagi lembaga di mana guru dan dosen tersebut bertempat.
