NILAI-NILAI SPIRITUAL DALAM ENTITAS BISNIS SYARIAH

Shiddiq, amanah, fathanah dan tabligh menjadi kekuatan utama dalam membangun kekuatan entitas bisnis syariah. Nilai-nilai spiritual ini mendorong semangat kesadaran atas ketentuan Allah bahwa sesungguhnya bekerja itu adalah ibadah. Karyawan termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan baik dan menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan dan kecurangan. Meskipun ternyata penerapan nilai-nilai spiritual ini memiliki kendala, pertama penerapan nilai-nilai spiritual memerlukan media atau wadah dalam bentuk akhlak yang dicirikan dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan pengendalian manajemen yang baik untuk lahirnya laporan keuangan yang berkualitas, tanpa wadah seperti ini, nilai-nilai spiritual menjadi bias dan terkesan tenggelam dalam praktik kesehariannya yang sulit terbebas dari penyesatan informasi dan kepentingan seseorang, kedua akuntansi modern saat ini dan informasi akuntansi yang dihasilkannya disandarkan pada nilai-nilai kapitalisme dan utilitarianisme yang sering dianggap bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai spiritual, Ketiga, instrumen syariah pada entitas bisnis syariah lebih cenderung menjadi simbolitas pasar semata ketimbang sebagai substansi ideologis, seperti konsep bagi hasil, penyajian akun dan instrumen laporan keuangan, sehingga ruh spiritualnya masih terasa jauh, esensi nilai-nilai syariahnya belum terintegrasi ke dalam akad-akad transaksinya.
