Tafsir al-Jalalayn is one of the most significant tafsirs (exegesis) for the study of the Qur'an. Composed by the two "Jalals" -- Jalal al-Din al-Mahalli (d. 864 ah / 1459 ce) and his pupil Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti (d. 911 ah / 1505 ce), Tafsir al-Jalalayn is generally regarded as one of the most easily accessible works of Qur'anic exegesis because of its simple style and one volume length. For the first time ever Tafsir al-Jalalayn is competently translated into an unabridged highly accurate and readable annotated English translation by Dr. Feras Hamza. About the Translator Dr. Feras Hamza, D.Phil. obtained his doctorate from the University of Oxford (Wolfson College) and is presently Research Associate in Qur'anic Studies at the Institute of Ismaili Studies, London. He is presently at work on a translation of Al-Baydāwī's Tafsir and a monograph on the Birth of the Muslim Afterlife.
Volume 1 of The Great Commentaries of the Holy Qur'an. A very popular exegesis due to the simplicity employed by the authors, the Imam Jalal ad-Din Mahalli (d.1459), who passed away before he finished it and his student the great mujaddid of the eighth Islamic century who finished it, Imam Jalal ad-Din Suyuti (d.1505). Hence it is referred to as the tafsīr of the two Jalals.

Prevalence, Risk Factors and Management Strategies
Anaemia is defined as the decrease in haemoglobin from normal values either by loss of red blood cells or deficit in production or both. Haemoglobin is the major transporter of oxygen. The variation in haemoglobin is therefore a factor in determining the cardiac output. This book begins by discussing the effects anaemia has on heart diseases. The book then continues to discuss the influence of iron deficiency anaemia and recovery on oxidative/antioxidant status; influence of iron deficiency anaemia on bone metabolism; sickle cell anaemia; anaemia in myelodysplastic syndromes; transfusion in chronic anaemia; the prevalence, risk factors and management with a focus on chronic kidney disease; strategy for treating anaemia in chronic kidney disease patients from the standpoint of iron utility; and parasitic anaemia.
