Pengertian pengelolaan keuangan adalah keseluruhan proses suatu badan usaha atau korporasi dalam menggunakan dan mengalokasikan keuangan korporasi (perusahaan) secara efektif dan tepat. Pada awalnya definisi yang ada hanya terfokus pada kegiatan perolehan dana. Namun definisi ini telah berkembang hingga mencakup aktivitas perolehan, penggunaan dana, dan pengelolaan aset.

He was an alumni of the Jakarta Dhammasavana High School in the Accounting Department in 1995. Graduated from STIE Indonesia-Rawamangun in the Accounting Department in 2006. He completed his Master of Accounting in 2012 at Mercu Buana University Jakarta majoring in Management Accounting. He works as a Lecturer at Mercu Buana University Jakarta and Dian Nusantara University Jakarta, Faculty of Economics and Business by taking Business Ethics and Professional, Business and Environment Law, Management Information System, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting Basic Accounting and Intermediate Accounting. EKONOMI KREATIF BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Berubahnya peta perekonomian global menempatkan kreatifitas menjadi modal utama dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Dalam konteks globalisasi, daya saing merupakan kunci utama untuk bisa sukses dan bertahan (Bahri, 2014). Daya saing ini muncul tidak hanya dalam bentuk produk dalam jumah banyak namun juga berkualitas. Kualitas produk tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui pencitraan ataupun menciptakan produk-produk inovatif yang berbeda dari wilayah lainnya, sehingga diperlukan kreativitas yang tinggi untuk dapat men- ciptakan produk-produk inovatif dan berdaya saing secara global. Berangkat dari poin inilah, ekonomi kreatif menemukan eksistensinya dan berkembang. Secara umum, ekonomi kreatif (creative economy) diartikan sebagai suatu konsep perekonomian di era ekonomi baru yang mengintensifkan informasi dan kreativitas, dengan mengedepankan ide dan berbagai pengetahuan dari sumber daya manusia itu sendiri, sebagai faktor produksi yang paling utama. Dan menurut United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), ekonomi kreatif merupakan sebuah konsep ekonomi yang berkembang berdasarkan aset kreatif yang berpotensi menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi. Jadi, pada dasarnya, konsep ekonomi kreatif ini lebih menge- depankan kreativitas, ide, dan pengetahuan manusia sebagai aset utama dalam menggerakkan ekonomi di suatu negara dan akhirnya bisa mendunia. Titik tekan dalam dunia ekonomi kreatif adalah ide, talenta dan kreatifitas yang menjadi unsur vitalnya (Puspitosarie, 2015). Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia (2008) merumuskan ekonomi kreatif sebagai upaya pembangunan ekonomi secara berkelan- jutan melalui kreativitas dengan iklim perekonomian yang berdaya saing dan memiliki cadangan sumber daya yang terbarukan. Definisi yang lebih jelas disampaikan oleh UNDP (2008) yang merumuskan bahwa ekonomi kreatif merupakan bagian integratif dari pengetahuan yang bersifat inovatif, pemanfaatan teknologi secara kreatif dan budaya.

Metoda Pengumpulan dan Teknik Analisis Data

Menurut konsep bawang penelitian, konsep paling umum yang mendasari semua penelitan adalah fi losofi nya. Filosofi penelitian adalah fi losofi yang digunakan untuk membangun ilmu pengetahuan lewat suatu penelitian. Peneliti harus menentukan fi losofi penelitian yang akan dianutnya, seperti misalnya positivisma, post positivisma, interpretivisma, realisma, pragmatisma, empirisma, idealisma, postmodernisma dan lainnya. Deradicalizing and Disengaging the Children of the Islamic State - ISIS Radicalization Belgian Case Study, Physical and Psychological Consequences of Child Association With Terrorists Groups

Thousands of ISIS fighters and supporters, over 4,000 children being among them, were displaced after the Islamic State's proclaimed caliphate collapsed in 2019. While some countries have been either ambivalent or completely against repatriating ISIS children, other countries have planned to accept them back. This leads to several questions: are current deradicalization and disengagement programs applicable to the children of ISIS? Would these programs help to reintegrate children back into society? Are different approaches needed? To better answer these questions, the research in this thesis extracts key themes present in current deradicalization and disengagement programs and compares those themes with the factors motivating children to join terrorist organizations. Through qualitative analysis, this thesis finds that current programs are largely prison-based and place heavy emphasis on addressing radical ideologies and providing social aid. Unfortunately, these programs are not suited for child reintegration and are unprepared to handle the unique cognitive and social aspects of adolescents. Therefore, this thesis recommends that current deradicalization and disengagement programs replace strategies that address ideology and provide untailored social aid with programs that address positive peer contacts, foster constructive social networking, and provide psychological counseling and guidance, so that the children of ISIS can be successfully reintegrated back into society.This compilation includes a reproduction of the 2019 Worldwide Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Community.I. This group was able to seize and control territory inside Syria and Iraq the size of Britain that contained a population of eight million people. Thousands of Muslims from around the world flocked to ISIS when it claimed to have established the caliphate under its leader and self-proclaimed caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. During the height of its three-year rule starting in 2014, large swaths of followers including thousands of foreign citizens as well as children and adolescents traveled to Iraq and Syria in order to join ISIS and its attempt to rebuild the caliphate. Now that ISIS has experienced a loss of territory at the hands of an aerial campaign headed by the United States, foreign fighters are attempting to return to their host countries.
